Griffin

Griffin is a regulated, API-first bank for companies building financial products. I designed and built the customer-facing and internal operations platforms, design system, and brand. I joined as Founding Designer, established the design function, and led it as Head of Design. In that time the bank went from prototype to a full UK banking licence and its first customers.
